Mark Urbanek is the principal and founder of C.R.E.SOURCE.

Mark has more than 20 years experience in corporate real estate, having directed facility planning, site selection, leasing, and project management functions at Fortune 100 companies. During that time he managed 12,000,000 square feet of space, acquired 1,300,000 square feet and put over $600 million of new construction in place, while working in 21 states and 23 countries on 4 continents.

Mark began his real estate career with Digital Equipment Corporation where he held various positions in strategic planning and project management. Prior to leaving Digital for Bose Corporation, he was Development Manager of DEC's 5,000,000 square foot Asia-Pacific geography. While at Bose, Mark was responsible for the planning, transaction management and construction for their 2,000,000 square foot corporate portfolio. In later positions at Trammell Crow Company and Genuity, he held senior positions managing diverse 200-property portfolios, directing their facility operations, planning and real estate activities. Most recently he directed EMC Corporation's $400 million building construction program.

Mark earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a master's degree in management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He resides in Massachusetts.
